I can not complain how often is a placement at 300% above the value weighted average share price,also given the placement was to a company that has invested close to the maximum allowed without putting in a take over notice (20%) then possibly some good news flow going forward.
Got to give credit to managment for not taking a low ball placement offer and probably holding out with some tough negotiating.
