I think this is a classic case of giving a sweetheart deal to those in the know. It's a way for them to get cheap shares without the market competition. This sort of deal goes on all the time, but normally to those stocks with decent upside. The fact that they only raised at 3c less than two weeks ago, shows the confidence in the market. I would have also thought it delivers some confidence in the oppies being converted. I mean why would they give away $300k when they potentially have millions coming in over the next few months. Essentially they are bringing on well connected people to the register and they all hope to make plenty of cash. Hopefully we all do
