Rangers fast tracked, site works and planning already under way. Securing a greater WI sounds to me like this is in the favour of BRK holders and looks to shorten any if at all immediate involvement by SHE on this dance.
A certain Bullard well reminds that if SHE want to be in they will have to pay a premium later....
Has and will always be a long term hold for my investment, anyways onwards and upwards as they say.
