I think we all wonder Ryan whether the CR was either a quick fix or a friendly to mates.
The former means that you seriously need a finance director on board - If I went to my board with a proposition like that I would be shot down in flames. I also wonder what your relationship with your bankers are like ?...time for a change maybe.
The latter - well, no excuse. I think there would have been five or so of us posters here on hotcopper that would have filled the offer rather quickly.
There are always pains of a growing (new)company starting with cash constraints however please don't always think that because you are listed the easiest source of funds is a CR.
