I have one comment to make on your first post:

Yes, if their shares are released from escrow they will receive proceeds from share sales. However if they do not believe in the company as you suggest (and that is a big 'if' ), would it not be in managements best interest to keep the sp as high as possible to maximise their proceeds ?

As you have suggested I am thinking about it but maybe you have not thought it through properly yourself,
