All I can say is that when the smart money wants a stock to move they have a variety of means to achieve that outcome. RBO is heavily undervalued on a speculative basis and moderately on a FA basis. Anyone who can see where this company is headed will be looking for substantial gains on their investment in the order of 100's of percentage points. As has been mentioned, the squabble with with Dr. N. is highly revealing. As an insider, he knows that stocks in RBO's secret sauce are going to be far more lucrative than a mere one off financial compensation measure. History tells us that good things come out of California's tech industry - just look at the corporate hall of fame.
