    I think BV has had a crack and probably needs to be replaced with someone with more corporate experience. Could probably extend this to some board members as well. Leave BV on in either ED role or some type of technical/operational capacity for now. The last 2 raises have been a disaster. Will not come close to getting the $4.7m. The story needs a re-work including the messaging behind this CR. This felt very amateur.
