Private Placement: 38,829,352 shares at $0.018 each.
Placement expected 3rd February 2012
Offer to shareholders: 99,230,567 at $0.018 each.
3 for 1 as held on the record date (15th Feb). Offer closes 7th March, trading of new share for this part of the offer 19th March.
Raising $2,485,079, including costs.
For the maiden drilling campaign, working capital and costs.
IMO: this isn't too bad, I'm looking to get back in sooner or later. I'm happy to see the company moving forward and looking to get the drills turning, this land could be mind blowing, let's see what we've got!
