If retail mugs do not take up their rights, who will benefit? It will be the XXX (including those close to the company) who will pick up the shortfall . The SP will be depressed around the last date of the entitlement offer. The sp will rise afterwards ( I will not mention why), with XXX picking up big profits. I have seen this before. All IMO.
