When the market price was higher than the previous offer price, the directors denied shareholders additional shares so that they could allocate the shortfall to the underwriter. Now, with the market price being lower than the offer price, their premise for not underwriting the capital raising is unhelpful to shareholders. Will be very interesting if the market price goes well above the offer price.
