    This may actually prove to be quite canny from RC. The register will be closed so that only existing shareholders can participate, but it will take a couple of weeks before subscriptions close. If there happens to be a southern-route NEGI announcement in the meantime... SP could be 30c by the time holders have to make a decision whether to participate.
