re: Ann: CAPITAL RAISING TRANSACTION DOCUMENT... ACE is going to achieve very firm control of FFF. Mark Flack to be CEO - he is apparently the one who initially got ACE and FFF together. It would appear he will be one of the ACE appointed directors.
ACE has improved things for themselves by getting a tranche of the new shares at a reduced price.
Todays's news is clearly a positive for FFF. The only negative as I see it is the 1:10 capital restructure planned post recapitalisation. Often in these cases the NEW restructured shares end up being worth noticeably less than the theoretical ten times.
Once this stage is finalised then it would not be unreasonable to expect ACE to seek full control.
