I'd say to get a few people "set" for the longer run, get some big names alongside Wylie onto the register whilst the interest in copper is high.

Let's not forget we can get copper/copper sulphate to market in 2021, lots of explorers out there still just looking for copper deposits let alone sitting on deposits with early cash flow with development funded by the NT government...plus the Breccia pipies are near surface and open along strike/depth so likely to be a low Capex/Opex.

BHP sniffing around the area with ENR...daresay we won't struggle to find people willing to put in some cash.
