    ANS "yes ASX we have the money but it's in Chinese bank accounts"

    ASX "OK you have the the funds can you prove it? "

    ANS "What you want proof. Oh thats a little hard to prove the Chinese investors are a funny bunch"

    ASX "OK when you have the proof you can relist."

    IMHO (gut feeling only)
