There was always a chance this stock could go up on relisting so I took a small punt, cant see that under the circumstances were in now. I don't want to give a prediction where this will open but cant see 50%

I’m not sure what announcement you’ve read but after the latest update I know a few that will happily top up @ 1.5c.. the only reason they’ve held off from subscribing is due to high foreign demand, the remainder will most likely get snapped up if it’s not too late.
