As someone that's worked with and purchased from the Chinese business community for nearly 30 years. The typos (5mill not 5ook) and the missing of time frames is very much par for the course. This is nothing unusual from a Chinese point of view.

Actually I would have been surprised if it was done perfect by them.

one thing it does point out is that the western directors are certainly not over the detail in this (its being totally controlled by the Chinese directors). This would lead me to think that they are along for the ride also.
