They didn't rate it as a threat but had to disclose unfortunately.
I thought the SP had formed a really good base around the 3's and thought the impact of the additional shares would be minimal.
Throw in a negative announcement, what can I say.
They actually didn't see the announcement as negative.
Maybe they need some PR lessons.
Hartley's downplayed it much more then they did!
