The two salient points I take comfort in (as I too get unsettled by the word legal in an announcement) is:

1) Klaus has invested $1.5m of his own money. No freebies. Pretty sure that any individual stumping up that amount of coin would be certain of the assurances and legality surrounding this acquisition. Having been in country since 2003 I feel very confident he has all the right connections.

2) DRC have 30% ownership and will not be ruling against themselves.

If there is a swift response from DRC re the previous holders interest in the licence at Manono, and with the imminent announcement confirming that drilling has commenced later this week, we'll be back close to highs in no time. A flash crash of sorts I hope.
