Much learned commentary on this thread, thanks to all.
Security Risks seem to be a key issue here, the MAJOR ++ positive IMO, is having a "Business" partner who's "Parent Co" is investing such large sums of money into key DRC infrastructure, which gives me some reassurance, IMO, that the Govt may in fact strive to ensure success of these industries/developments, given their potential size on a world scale and the huge financial rewards they could reap, which they would otherwise not. Failure of these industries could and probably would put at risk losing seriously massive amounts of foreign investment coin they so desperately need if they wish "come out of the dark ages" and be a part of the evolving modern world , PRC wont return once burnt.
Nothing starts without some level of risk, crossing the road has its own level... its "horses for courses", this could be MASSIVE if all the boxes get ticked correctly. DYOR & GLTA
