If the company does this right, they will release more news on rock chip samples and Gold JORC before the rights issue is completed, which will increase the share price, therefore existing share holders will be get their allocation at a discount, which should then garantee all share holders will apply for their allocation of shares (and options if you are a current option holder) and 100% fill their order for the $3.975M + the $700K for the options. I know the time line to sophisticated investors is one week, but the time line for the rights issue is TBA - so this should give the company time to release some more good news. Is this a workable strategy. Please comment.
