Got my refund chq today. My only question is, maybe it sounds a little "greedy", but I mean it from all MSV shareholders perspective. If existing MSV shareholders put more than enough money in, to take all the rights offered, why would you curtail shares given to actual shareholders, to give some to an "underwriter"?
As it's name implies......the "underwriter" cuts a deal to take up any shortfall.....yes? No shortfall, the underwriter either walks away having "lost the bet" as it were or walks away with a modest fee at best maybe? But all shares should go to keen existing shareholders???
