Yep this is the market being the market - sellers locking in a short-term profit - the fact that different investors have different time horizons is what creates opportunities.
But like you Spitfire I'm here for a couple of years and the considerably higher share price that will follow the strong future cash flows that we'll see once the remaining third of rigs are deployed and pissing cash for the 3 or 4 years of contracted drilling services.
