It's all about the length of time until positive announcements. If there's no positive news for a few weeks, it'll continue to dwindle downward. Not falling through the floor, but just continue generally following the trend line that's established over the last year. One significant announcement can bounce it back up, but on the other hand 10 cents is only a cent away, so no news would get us there quickly enough.
