Now would be the time for the 9.5% to come up with a response, present their strategy, prove that they can lock in this potential cornerstone investor and inject some serious funds to redirect the share price back on the upward trend.
My guess is that this will not happen which I hope will sway shareholder opinion against the motion to replace the current board.
