I think what @drarthur is saying @randosmit is why did they put KFE through the rigmarole of the TH... why didn't they just continue 'negotiating in good faith' behind close doors like they have been since early March (apparently) and waited until they saw June results and outcome of meeting in July and then make final decision one way or another ??
That way it would have less impact on us ... like it was having since early March ?? What they have done has been very disruptive IMO ... oh and totally to their benefit (I may have mentioned this a couple of times already today) ... hehe
