it's a holding of SCM - strategic capital management. managed by........ James Tsiolis.
if you check the ownership of ARIE, and the addresses, it all resolves to strategic capital management which the managing director is JT.
the address for both companies is the lawyers office for Netlinkz as per the recent announcements
all this is a quick google away. The announcement states a change of trustee management rather than a new holder.
