Good and bad. The good...a comparatively small raise at a small discount at a time of a very low share price=minimal dilution. The bad...paradoxically it's about it being small as they'll have to come back again before long. Easy to say with hindsight but they should have raised more to give themselves a buffer earlier to avoid having to rattle the tin so often. Again easy with hindsight but better capital management/expenditure planning wouldn't go astray
