If they can get across those sales and raise a further 5-10m, then it seems wise to cash a minimal amount.
In fairness they have put money at every raise, and nearly 500k $ at 10c. So at least they are aligning with share holders.
Sector extremely oversold. Expecting a bounce in due course.
