I think JL was trying to preserve existing shareholder value but this has failed. Not getting money from Myanmar has not helped. looking at the bigger picture I would be prepared to raise at 50c or even lower I would rather have something than nothing.
Not a good look for management. Looks like the bigger players like Creasey did not participate I assume.
