If you have spoken or intent to speak to JL, hoping you have / could ask a couple of simple questions: when does JL intents to update shareholders on what happened (we went from "waiting to clear funds" on 31st Aug. to "not having sufficient funds" on 1st Sept); and more importantly what is his plan forward to finally bring value to SH (noting that they have been good at bringing value to themselves...!)
