cr debacle and Infineon design agreement / contract puts PL5 data from functional die on par with PL4 - real time data feed would allow them to accept or reject to agree and write terms of that design contract / agreement - can't do it unless you know 5 outcome aka if PL6 is a dud they cancel - limit risk no wasted resources / expertise - 6 pops ok and contract is good - anything less and cancellation clauses triggered most likely
