And now this cap raise debacle - what a mess. Obviously there was no interest even at 6.5 plus options

And now they expect shareholders to hold and wait many more months without any real direction as to what is next. PL 5 results?? PL 6 results??

and they have shown their hand as to how long a "design" of "black box" will take - 15 months - that would be best case. Most likely 2-3 years with usual delays and hurdles and issues.

Good luck holding this dog for another 2-3 years after already holding for 10 plus years as I have. There are much better places to put your money than on 0 at the casino - which this is akin to.

Dave you are pathetic. You present like a drunken wino. Get a fu*ken haircut and have a shave and have some respect for your shareholders. The decisions you have made in the past few weeks have been deplorable and you should resign. You outright lied to shareholders about no cap raise - then tried to raise capital - then changed your mind. Terrible leadership and is indicative of someone who has no idea what the fu*k is going on or what they are doing.

I am now out of this dog. It will sink and sink to 3-4 cents in next few months as no more news comes out. They wont be able to raise capital when the share price is at 3.5 cents in Feb. You will get some bullshit announcement in may that ppl 6 didnt work and that infineon will try and work with pl 4 60 nm chip.

It is all over for this stock. Don't delude yourselves. I did for many years but now it is obvious nothing will come of it.

If it was any good the share price wouldn't be 6 cents, and we wouldnt have to pay millions to get a bullshit black box.

They would be knocking down our door if we had anything of value. They cant even raise 8 mill - thats how shit it is.

If it was any good why isn't it all over the news, media outlets, tech websites. It's because they have nothing.

Good luck - but get out, you will all get burnt. Take your losses now and be thankful in 6 months when they go back to imec for platform 8, 9 10 etc etc etc
