Yet again another own commercial goal by DM here. Failed to build any campaign to raise, why? because it was unexpected and not managed. He should have had a contingency plan in place for needing to do more work on the design post PL6. This is clearly what they have learnt in the last weeks that the results alone will not be enough to go to production, so as such DM has reacted to this news rather than it being a planned event. Secondly, when it came to raising, he clearly does not have good relationships with Instos, otherwise they would be inclined to give support. My take on this is not enough vision and hard work has been put in to convince instos of the product market fit and vision. Now that the Komono has been pulled back and its ugly, we need a lot more good news just to get us back to where we were a number of weeks ago.

Confidence that we have is the same that confidence that Instos have, that partners have or that acquirers have - were looking for transparency, high performance, hard work and a solid vision/strategy/plan. All of this is why mgt can get away with enormous salaries, but when these attributes are not there, then the contract mgt has with shareholders is broken. This is where we are. I fully suspect that more problems will plague the company whilst DM is in control. His ego will stop him from admitting he is the wrong person for the job, ironically, he is by far the biggest impediment for his own biggest investment and will never admit it nor see it. He will keep telling himself that its because the tech needs more work, the market doesn't understand, etc etc. A fantastic portrait of the human condition.
