Remember the bod and dm dont care about the sp and never have, all about the sales pool. I have to say am leery about all of this. Are we looking at data comparative to pl4 ? Hence this need to raise on no ann on 6? In other words we need this designed chip to improve beyound pl4. Flectional picked up on calcium ion performing @20nm following on frankly i have no idea and betting they dont how oxygen does.
I do know this, if it were not for guidio bringing to life those first lines of cells we would not be here those lines and millions of generations later allowed ting to play in the sandpit, the robustness of those cells are extraordinary and they have been to hell and back and survived pl3. We owe him a debt and he owns those lines.
Now those cells have to work again with infineon and my bet is ting is taking a moonshot, the design could well be a crystylinne lattice device and what better way to access the full area of the cells than right on top COM. I think we could be going for nothing less than the first commercial non fil reram COM chip.
These cells can do it imo. Its all guesswork but if so then its only one more step left CIM to universal.
