To those that think the BoD is withholding the results because it's a failure. The BoD can not withhold those results as it would be against the duty they hold and would put themselves in the cross hairs of a law suit.
Dave knows this and I wouldn't think he is that stupid.
Bit it is time that Dave starts to act and perform like a CEO or its time for him to go and forgo any sales bonuses.
