I think Dim is onto something.
The stack is the same, but the density is different due to cell size.
In essence, exchange the 60nm cell with a 20nm cell in the same size room/area. It will be lonely and echo in the room if i can use that analogy.
This allows you to test a 20nm cell for functionality first. If it works great. Then if it works, you put the remaining 20nm cells in pl6 and squash them together. If the cell in 5 works, then you know it will work in 6. If six fails, you minimise the area of fault and can safely assume it is not the cell, but the closeness of the extra 8 cells in that space.
It is probably all hogwash, but it makes sense to minimise transition.
Like all of us, it is just a guess, but Dim might be onto something.
Flec is better able to agree or disagree to the possibility of being able to construct it like this.
Blow my head off too if you need too.
    Theories is all we have.
