So you are happy with a raise at circa 50% discount to the shareprice just 2 days ago. The apathy of people on this forum to absolute terrible management is astounding.
How about a raise is performed, with a condition that the sales pool incentive is abolished. That way DM and the rest of the clowns focus on SP value. Another condition is that DM immediately resign and they seek a new chairman.
EGM should be called to vote on sales pool bonus and DM as chairman.
