Agree. Emphasis on 'VERY CLEARLY' communicate the situation. Ie, what changed? The only reason you cancel/change your mind on a cr - because there is clearly much more to it than 'it's whats best for shareholders'. Also - as a major holder in other companies, typically management will reach out to say the top 5 holders, prior to an announcement to give a heads up regarding a CR, and if they want 'in'. All is never what it seems. Putting my tin-foil hat on for second - recall about 2 weeks ago there was a random single poster that jumped into this forum, and made a comment along the line of - 'these things take time, in late feburary you'll be wishing you bought more' (or something to that effect), then disspeared and deleted their account LOL (anyway, just putting it out there...).
