Right now I am not asking for DM to fall on his sword, I just want him to listen, truly hear and respect the people who he wants to keep paying him.
I deeply suspect DM might have had a lot to do with our 'survival' as an ongoing concern after the PL3 failure and for that we should all be thankful. PL3 could have been company ending, but enough fortitude/guts was shown by the BoD (including DM) to keep the ship sailing......... Ting did his thing...... and the rest is history.
I am all for DM to have a chance to repair the current damage and change his relationship with shareholders for the better, but this needs to happen immediately.
