Sentiment is king in my opinion.
We have an amazing product being successfully developed yet terribly communicated.
It would not matter at all if we didn’t have to raise funds..
The picture painted is the BOD are immune to the risk associated with being an ordinary holder by luxury off the sales pool.
I would like to know how many other companies have this facility.
So if they are going to operate in this fashion then preservation sentiment is crucial.
Not including ordinary holders in the CR is actually insulting and yes the bed wetters do to speak have run.
We are now facing a CR at well below where we are right now purely because it’s known it has to happen and therefore dilution of ONLY ordinary holders is guaranteed.
In order to get $8 million out of holders without trust and faith spells more danger.
I like Dave and have sat and had a drink with him.

If Dave stays then his only way out is announcing something aside from the current knows that is really good.
