You're an absolute shill if you're blaming shareholders for not being happy and criticising the BoD. Shareholders have EVERY right to hold the board accountable and to question their actions. It happens in Qantas, Woolworths, CBA... thats the whole purpose of the AGM. The truth of the matter is the BoD completely mislead shareholders in regards to almost every facet of the company including basic things like "PL6 to be delivered by Christmas"

Stop losses are next to useless when the BoD puts the company in a trading halt, witholds information about the CR and only provides it to "sophisticated investors". So that you can open at 6cents and take a 25% instant loss on the existing SP. All information should have been announced with no trading halt and allowed people to exit who didn't agree with the strategy at whatever the market price would have been. That is some of the worst advice I've ever seen on HC for this scenario, especially when you're taking the view point this will bounce back and fly to the moon.. would even go to say its hypocritical.

The amusing part to this comment is that Dave has always taken credit for this company existing, proclaiming how amazing he is at raising capital... yet as you just pointed out he always does it at a heavily discounted rate benefiting the select few.
