all expenditure features in the calc in the appendix 4C, even one offs. It's an R&D expense so shows on the P&L as such.
the only variable is how much they had to pay to imec in this Qtr... using the formula in the Appendix 4C, it is definitely less than two qtrs left, likely even less than one.
i think the CR rush was to have it all competed this Qtr so that it didn't look so bad in the next 4C.
