It’s never good when the executive chairman initiates an administrative blunder that shaves off 37.5% of the companies value in two days.

The Administrative side of 4DS is simply not keeping up with the achievements and breakthroughs made in imec’s cleanroom.

Thanks to Ting, significant value has been created in imec’s cleanroom and it’s all in the characteristics of Platform 4 and soon Platform 6.

Why has the company administration failed or maybe even refused to clearly articulate the value being delivered by Ting in imec’s cleanroom that appreciate the share price?

Why after six years and on the back of Ting and imec’s success are we seeking a measly 0.065 per share to raise $8M?

Successfully promoting, marketing and generating new investor interest requires a dedicated investment of time and effort. Unfortunately, this is precisely what seems to be lacking from our administration. There clearly appears to be no effort to effectively communicate and sell the company’s success story to appreciate the share price. Instead the company seems to be operating under the presumption that it will sell itself.

It honestly should not be this difficult.
