Despite having such cutting-edge innovation, we find ourselves trading at a level that fails to reflect the value of what we’ve achieved over the past 6 years at imec.
It’s clearly evident that management has not effectively communicated or promoted the unique characteristics of our technology to generate sufficient retail interest and drive the share price to new highs.
For the past six years, the company has operated under the banner of development. While great progress has been made, and commercialisation is now a reality, the current approach remains overly focused on development alone.
By priority of order, 4DS Memory should focus on three key streams:
1. Development: Transitioning from development to full commercialisation. [4DS meeting expectations]

3. Commercial: Pursuing strategic partnerships or early exit opportunities to maximize value.
