This has been standard practice with this company. Initially everything was hidden under the excuse of NDA's with WD etc. Now that we have been dumped, and have now so called partnered with IMEC ( In my opinion is a load of crap, as we have not seen any evidence of such a partnering). As far as I can see, we are just another customer, and without knowing how the contract with IMEC is structured, I would have thought that initial testing would have been carried out by IMEC with some form of functionality report telling us how many cells are operable, not just say that they have been successfully manufactured. That statement tells me ( If I take the manufacture of a car as an example) that we have successfully manufactured the car but we do not know if it works yet.
This company has always run as a smoke and mirrors company and my thoughts are that PL5/6 are a failure and are looking to find out why, before announcing.
