4DS has long suffered from what I consider weak and ineffective management. DM, in particular, needs to take responsibility and step down—sooner rather than later. If he truly believed in the company, why did he sell his shares a couple of years ago? Actions speak louder than words, and this move raises serious questions about his confidence in the stock. Jim Dorian is another example, in my opinion. He arrived in Australia with big promises and plenty of fanfare, but ultimately, it amounted to nothing. All talk, no results. It's time for real leadership—people with the vision, credibility, and capability to move this company forward. Without a strong team at the helm, 4DS will continue to go nowhere. This stock deserves better, and so do its investors.
