Yes...the timing was shocking but not thier fault. Montgomerey's report was rocket fuel on the fire that was blazing already ( b/c of his own private buying ?) Insto's lucked it in big time but as you say if you want to get set in VOC today is the day. Stock will tighten up again - refer MAQ. Secondly , with $15M they purchase up to $30M value i.e half script / half cash to the real story has not been told yet. Finally a retail offer, I estimate 1 for every 50 shares held is something and I'm pretty sure James would have pushed for this to give something to the little guy - not a lot but it's something.
