so this is bhushans way to donate money to bowen and take up the its full entitlement/share ??? and probably the shortfall???? and own even more % wise of bwn? if they had of spent extra on the original takeover offer and made the bid 20c . they would have a much better reputation , well not really but they would have made shareholders a lot happier and get out mostly at even money


i wonder if this is bending the rules? how much of the short fall can they take up? including bhushans own shareholding, says nothing about shareholders able to apply for more
