    I guess SL has to blame a failed CR for the down-fall - I'm sure also he's drawn a nice little salary in the interim. For once this was one train wreck I didn't get on board - the others are legion!

    For those who hold your only chance is to put up a $100, take over the company and use the shell for something else......
