What I like about GLN is besides not proceeding with a past aquisition (which just proves they are in the mkt for aquisition), is the director Wayne Loxton and what he did with Yowie. Absolutely outstanding vision and execution of a business plan and probably a good deal of luck.
Anyway he has the experience to plan and execute a business plan. He's originally a mining engineer, I read somewhere.

Im not a fan of medical devices, but I dont know much.
Im also not entirely convinced about specific computer program companies and what ongoing protection there is from say an employee departing and starting up a similar computer program company.
